Venue Price: Venue hire and catering costs for Coltsford Mill vary due to the type of event and numbers of guests, but are generally around £40 per person + VAT.

The estate features the new Watermill Barn sited within the valley of the River Eden overlooking the delightful trout pools and cascades, which form part of our renowned Trout Fishery. The fishery is available for corporate fly fishing days with the surrounding grounds providing an ideal setting for product launches.
The Watermill Barn has been designed to be imaginative and contemporary, rather than strictly traditional, yet in keeping with the other listed buildings at Coltsford Mill. It can accommodate up to 150 guests seated, incorporating a separate bar area, the Watermill Bar.
Surrounded by the Mill Pool, Lakes and River, the location provides an idyllic setting for Parties, Corporate Events and Wedding Receptions. Within the grounds, the ancient Mill is a spectacular feature, late 17th Century, and contains the last working overshot wheel in Surrey.
London's rural location for corporate entertainment is set amongst attractive open countryside approximately 15 miles from London and only 3 miles from the M25. The nearest train station is Hurst Green, which is a 5min walk from the Mill. This is on the Victoria line. Direct service from London Victoria, London Bridge & East Croydon. Trains run every 30 mins during peak time and every hour on the hour off peak.
